Futaba turns your iPad into a customizable interactive 2-4 player game that your kids will love!  There is a free version that comes with pre-set questions that are fairly simple, perhaps better for younger grades.  However, the paid app ($4.99) allows you to enter your own question sets and customize your own games.  I've even seen teachers make brackets and have a Futaba tournament in their classroom.  How fun!
