Screen Chomp

Picture
Screen Chomp is a fantastic free app that allows you to voice over pictures or drawings.  It has a wide range of uses in the classroom.  One suggestion I like is for students to demonstrate math word problems.  It also has a lot of potential for teacher use.  You can take a picture of students' writing or math work.  Instead of just giving them written feedback, put your voice over it and make a short video clip.  You could also use it to share information with parents.

One feature that makes Screen Chomp appealing to me is that it easily shares to an html address that you can just copy and paste to an email for others to pull up and view easily on the web.
